When does the game come out?

There is no release date yet. Rust to Riches is coming to Google Play and the App Store; the store links will appear on the game page on release day.

Is it free?

Yes. The game is free to play. It has optional one-time purchases and optional rewarded videos that you start yourself.

I bought something but did not get it.

Restart the game while connected to the internet. On iPhone, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. On Android, purchases are restored automatically when the game starts. If it is still missing, write to us with the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by the store, so refunds are too: on Android through Google Play, on iPhone through Apple's Report a Problem.

I got a new phone. Can I move my progress?

Not yet. Your progress is saved only on your phone, because the game has no account. Purchases can be restored on the new phone with the same store account.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. Ads appear only when you tap a button to watch one for a bonus, and everything in the game can be reached without them.

Who is the game for? What is the age rating?

Everyone. Age ratings: App Store 4+, PEGI 3 on Google Play and ESRB Everyone. The game is not made specifically for children; how we handle younger players' data is on the age rating page.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the game: this deletes your save and photo album from your phone. To ask us to delete data held by our analytics and ad providers, write to us; details are in the Privacy Policy.

The game is silent.

The game's sound starts switched off. Turn it on in Settings → Sound.
