Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read them with you.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply. For the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement applies alongside these terms.
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game or its content;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the Game, its ads or its purchases;
- use the Game for anything unlawful.
3. Virtual items and in-game money
In-game money, stars, districts, tools, vehicles and cosmetic items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property; you receive a licence to use them in the Game. They are stored on your device, so deleting the Game or its data removes them, and we cannot restore progress we never received.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases are one-time and are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their refund rules. Purchased items can be restored on the same store account (Settings → Restore Purchases on iOS; automatically on Android). Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
5. Ads
The Game is free and partly funded by optional rewarded video ads. Ads are supplied by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of their offers or websites. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the Game, change or rebalance its content, or stop offering it. We try to keep the Game running and fair, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Our content
The Game, its name, logos, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. Third-party material is used under its licences, listed in the Game's credits.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the Game. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 7 and 8 survive the end of these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. [to be confirmed by the company's lawyer]
